Research “Rehabilitation for Residential Use in Lisbon’18” released in London
This research produced by Prime Yield with the collaboration of DLA Piper was highlighted during the “European Real Estate Summit, held in London.
The document was distributed in this event organized by DLA Piper in the British capital on May 16th, at a time when the main challenges, developments and trends of the real estate’s industrial were discussed before an audience of more than 400 industry leaders.
In its 3rd edition, this research presents an insight over the supply of apartments integrated in rehabilitation projects in Lisbon, focusing on key indicators such as asking prices and stock profile. In addition to this analysis, the study also integrates a legal component, in this edition carried out by DLA Piper.
