Prime Yield speaks at seminar on Real Estate Investment in Portugal
The impact of tourism on the increasing property investment targeting urban rehabilitation was the focus of Prime Yield’s intervention at the Seminar on “Real Estate Investment in Portugal – Challenges and Opportunities”, held on 30 June at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon.




Invited to speak at the event by Belzuz Abogados, the law firm that organized the seminar, the company was represented by Nelson Rêgo, its CEO. Prime Yield’s communication began by presenting the key indicators of the tourist market in Portugal, also presenting a picture of property investment in Lisbon’s urban rehabilitation market, disclosing the main findings of the company’s most recent research “Rehabilitation for Residential Use in Lisbon | 2017″.
In addition to the theme addressed by Prime Yield, this seminar also discussed legal and tax issues such as property investment vehicles, tax and financial incentives to invest in property or urban rehabilitation and protection of building heritage. The evolution of the Portuguese property market, the promotion of property products and brokerage were also central themes discussed at the event.
